What's New in 1.3 TALKBACK THAT CUTS THROUGH THE NOISE - Pinned messages: PMs can pin the one thing everyone needs to see, and it stays at the top of the thread. - Confirm announcements: crew tap Confirm on important announcements, and PMs can see who's read them. - Schedule changes post themselves: when load-in moves, the show's thread says so automatically ("Load In moved 9:00 AM to 8:00 AM"), so nobody has to retype it in a group text. - Quick replies: answer with one tap, gloves on - "Copy", "On my way", "Running late" and a thumbs up. BETTER VENUE MEMORY - Notes stay with the venue: after-job venue notes now attach to the venue itself, so they're waiting for you the next time you play there. - "Last time here": a cleaner view that shows just the notes your crew left about the room. FIXES - Sharing from Mail: sharing an attachment from Mail into a show now uploads the actual file, not a link. That includes ArrayCalc, Soundvision and other design files. - General stability and performance improvements.

After-job reports are rebuilt. Crew and managers now get different forms — crew leave a quick rating plus notes on each venue the show touched, and those notes stay with the room, so the next crew to play it sees them. A new "Last time here" card on the show Overview surfaces what previous crews said about a venue before you arrive, and the report itself now lives on the Overview year-round for everyone on the show instead of being buried in a menu. Elsewhere: the Crew tab now shows which positions are filled at a glance and lets you assign straight into an open seat, and search has been added across tasks, boards, the crew roster, guest lists, Find Cover, the availability matrix and open shifts.

This update makes Daily Sheet faster and more live. Your schedule, crew, shifts, and guest lists now update in real time — when a coordinator assigns someone, posts an open shift, or changes a show, you see it right away without pulling to refresh. Coordinators get a new Find Cover flow to fill open slots in seconds: pick a day, see which shows and shop shifts still need crew, and assign someone who's genuinely available — and it now opens and scrolls much faster. Crew can grab open shifts right from the dashboard, see their shop shifts and call times alongside their shows, and finally see who else is working the show with them. We also made the Task Manager more reliable (edits save cleanly and section headers read better), added a heads-up when an assignment overlaps another booking, and improved speed and stability throughout.
