• Camera check before proctored exams: the app confirms the camera works before the exam starts, so a broken camera never costs you an attempt. • If the camera stops sending photos during a proctored exam, the exam pauses until it recovers. • Clearer messages when an exam is paused or ended, and general stability improvements.

Choose your language right on the sign-in screen. The app now opens in your phone's language, with the correct right-to-left layout for Arabic and Kurdish from the first launch. A simpler registration: you only see the fields your company asks for, and you can choose your gender. Layout fixes on the sign-in and registration screens.

A profile photo is now required before continuing in the app. Choose a photo from your camera or gallery, including during registration. Clear instructions in your app language help you select a formal photo for your certificates.

- Exams: if the app closes during an exam, open the level again and tap Resume to continue where you left off. A "wait before retrying" countdown no longer blocks you from your own running exam. - Exams: if the app closed just as time ran out, the answers saved on your phone are sent automatically when you reopen the level. If the server has already closed the exam, the app now tells you instead of retrying forever. - Camera monitoring is more reliable: moving between the question list and the camera view no longer restarts the camera, and switching lenses on Android waits for the camera to be ready. - Notices: several mandatory notices can now be acknowledged one after another. A short second notice no longer gets stuck. - Registration: changing the language while filling in the form keeps your country, branch and other selections. - General bug fixes and performance improvements.

• Meet Rafiq, your training assistant. Ask a question in your own words and Rafiq answers from the training assigned to you, in the language you ask in, with its sources listed under the answer. Tap a source to open the PDF at the cited page, the video at the cited moment, or the article at the cited passage. • Rafiq keeps your conversations: start a new chat, reopen earlier ones from "Your chats", ask follow-up questions, copy an answer, and retry safely if the connection drops. Rafiq has its own tab in the bottom bar, and every unlocked level has an "Ask Rafiq about this level" button. • Clearer sign-in: error messages are shown in your language and tell you whether the email address or the password was wrong, with that field highlighted. If sign-in fails, a support reference code is shown that you can quote when asking for help, and the app version now appears on the sign-in screen. • Easier registration: take your profile photo with the camera during sign-up, enter your four-part name in English and Arabic, no workspace code needed, and form errors appear in a clear dialog. Passwords must now be at least 8 characters, and phone numbers must include the international calling code. You can now change or remove your profile photo from the Profile tab. • Exams: pinch or double-tap to zoom into question and answer pictures. Leaving the app during an exam now ends the attempt (away for more than 10 seconds, or leaving twice), as explained before you start. • Around the app: the Shop now lives inside Profile, certificate messages are shown in your language, the keyboard no longer covers input fields, the app version is shown at the bottom of Profile, animations respect your device's Reduce Motion setting, and spotlight badges now also appear on guest browsing cards and inside an opened category. • Your organisation can now send time-limited notices that open full-screen, are protected from screenshots, and close by themselves when their time is up. • Continued improvements to exam start and connection handling, plus general bug fixes and performance improvements.

Exams now include a 10-second first-leave grace period and end after a second leave. This update also improves reliable exam starting and submission on slow or interrupted connections, and fixes misleading recovery messages.
