- Settings keeps one calendar option: "Show events from calendar". It's on by default once calendar permission is granted, and turning it on is where the app asks for permission.
- Removed from Settings: "Support adding or editing personal events", "Export recurring events" and the default calendar picker. Dated events are always exported to the calendar shown on the recurring events page.
- Recurring events page: it remembers the last calendar picked there.
