FindPad is a fast, lightweight text and log editor for macOS - built for quickly opening, searching, and editing code, logs, config files, and notes without the weight of a full IDE.
POWERFUL SEARCH
• Find, Find All in a document, or Find All across every open document
• Find & Replace with match-case and whole-word options
• Highlight every match right in the editor
• Filter Lines: show only the lines that match - great for digging through logs
BUILT FOR FILES
• Multiple tabs with syntax highlighting and line numbers
• Live reload when a file changes on disk, with optional per-file auto-reload (handy for tailing logs)
• Show in Finder, JSON pretty-printing, word wrap, and a current-line highlight
• Go to Line (⌘L)
NATIVE & PRIVATE
• A true native macOS app - quick to launch and light on resources
• No accounts, no ads, no tracking. FindPad collects nothing and makes no network connections.
