Health for Agents is a local-first utility for people who want to make their Apple Health data available to their own tools, automations, LLM workflows, coding agents, and AI agent systems.
The app lets you export HealthKit data as structured JSON, create ZIP archives for larger all-time exports, preview a limited debug sample, and optionally send selected recent data to an HTTPS agent API endpoint that you configure.
Use it when you want a clean, user-controlled bridge between Apple HealthKit and your own agent infrastructure. The app is intentionally agent-agnostic: any system that can receive HTTPS JSON can be used.
Health for Agents does not operate a backend service. Your HealthKit data stays on your iPhone unless you explicitly export, share, save, or send it. You choose the time range, you choose when an export is created, and you choose the destination.

- Save agent settings for use with Apple Shortcuts
- Delete locally stored exports manually or automatically on app launch
- Use Demo Mode to test the app without personal HealthKit records
Health data is sensitive. Health for Agents is designed to give you control over how your data leaves your device. The app does not include advertising, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics.
Important: Health for Agents is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Any AI agent endpoint you connect is your own responsibility. Only send health data to systems and people you trust.

Expanded HealthKit export support, including body fat, nutrition and additional health data types.
Removed the previous sample-count limit from file exports and agent syncs. Added export coverage details and improved handling of large exports. Fixed Health permission and activity-summary export crashes.
After updating, review your Health permissions and approve your Shortcut settings again before using automated sync. Only authorized data can be exported; support varies by data type and iOS version.
