Halo is a personal AI companion that connects to the sources already on your phone (mail, calendar, reminders, health, music, and more) and helps you act on what matters. There's no backend storing your information. Your emails, memories, and context stay entirely on your device, every connection is made directly from your phone, and AI runs through API keys you control.
As you use Halo, it builds a private memory of facts about you: your identity, preferences, relationships, and routines, synthesized from your connected sources. Over time it becomes genuinely useful because it actually knows you, without that knowledge ever leaving your hands. Private by architecture, not by promise.

Halo builds a wiki-style knowledge base from your connected sources. It writes notes by topic, organizes them, and links related ones together. Think of it as a second brain that stays on your device. Open Settings > Memory > Memory Graph to see how everything connects.
- Search by meaning, not just keywords
Ask "When is my next trip?" and Halo finds "Flight to Tokyo departs Friday," even though the words don't match. It passes the most relevant details to the AI before it answers, so replies are personal and grounded in your own information. That search runs entirely on your phone.
- An agent that gets things done
Halo breaks a request into steps, picks the right tools, and follows through. It can research a topic, organize information, work with files, and take action across your connected services, instead of just telling you what to do.
- Bring your own AI
Connect the AI provider you prefer using your own API key, and switch any time. You choose who processes your requests, and there's no middleman server.
- Connect your favorite services
Use MCP connectors to link the apps and services you already use. Browser automations let Halo work with websites you're already signed in to.
- Recurring tasks
Schedule Halo to check for updates, gather information, or handle routine online tasks on a regular basis. Everything runs on your device, and you can review what happened.
- A built-in workspace for files
Halo has its own command-line environment to create, search, organize, and transform files, and to run scripts when a task calls for it. You never have to type a command yourself.
- Your day at a glance
Halo pulls together your calendar, reminders, and email into timely insights and a timeline of what's coming up, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Smarter email
Get reply suggestions that match your writing style, or tell Halo in plain words how to shape a reply ("make it shorter," "confirm the meeting").
