New: subscribe to the Hijri occasions calendar or export events. Choose optional gentle reminders, quiet hours and discreet wording. Read ten Qur’anic stories in English with source links, bookmarks and new cave and garden illustrations. Improved halal-place search, retry and empty states. Refined reading and audio controls. Follow-along now opens the next surah automatically. Story references open inside Noor. An optional reading setting keeps the screen on, with a battery-use warning.

More ways to study the Qur'an - Add private notes to ayahs and find them through Bookmarks search. - Practise memorisation with repeated ayah ranges and pauses for recall. Recitation audio requires an internet connection. - On wider screens, keep the surah list or tafsir beside your reading. Clearer reminders and safer restores - Reminder health shows notification access, pending reminders and upcoming prayer coverage. Schedule a one-minute test with your selected adhan sound; system settings still control delivery and sound. - Preview a backup and choose what to restore. A recovery copy lets you return affected entries to their previous values. - Home explains upcoming clock changes in your selected prayer location, with a dismissible notice. Also improved - Friday prayer updates, Islamic midnight calculation and handling of unavailable polar prayer times. - Tracker, widget, watch and car prayer updates, Tasbih sync and audio error recovery. - More readable dark and high-contrast cards and dialogs, with improved layouts for larger text and wider windows.

Easier to see, easier to use - A new Accessibility section in Settings: larger text, high contrast, reduced motion and larger controls, all in one place. - Simple Home keeps only the essentials on Home - your next prayer, today's times and your tracker - with everything else still one tap away. - Arabic can be set bolder and larger on its own, separately from the rest of the text. - Fuller spoken labels for VoiceOver, and a short setup step that picks up what your iPhone is already set to. Steadier prayer reminders - Noor now reserves room for your five daily prayer reminders first, so your prayer times stay scheduled about a week ahead even with every optional reminder switched on. - Reminders are also re-planned in the background whenever iOS gives Noor a moment, so the queue stays topped up between visits. Also in this update - Tapping the reflection on Home now opens that exact verse in the Qur'an. No ads. No accounts. No tracking - as always.

Link your masjid - Search real mosques near you and see their official iqamah timetable, not just calculated times. Powered by Noor's own growing masjid directory. More accurate Qibla - The compass now corrects for magnetic declination, so the Qibla points true north wherever you are. Smoother everywhere - Faster Qur'an reader for long surahs - Search for your city during setup if location is unavailable - Prayer-time widgets now always show the correct day's times - Various refinements and fixes
