Built for iPhone Duo · Open your Duo and Tacticam opens up with it: the viewfinder sits on the right under your right hand, the control deck sits beside it, permanently — formats, aids and tools one tap away without covering the picture. Hold it upright and the picture takes the upper half, the deck the lower half. · The Roll can sit beside the camera: tap the Roll chip and your shots land next to the viewfinder while you keep shooting. Tap again for the deck. · Both editors put the tools on the side edge when the open Duo is held sideways. Fixes · A launch crash on the newest iOS beta. · The Roll title no longer wraps on the Duo's outer screen.

Collage — built from your Roll · COLLAGE sits beside IMPORT in the Roll. Pick a format — 9:16, 4:5, 3:4 (Instagram's newest feed shape), 1:1 or 16:9 — and how many fields, then tap each field to fill it and drag or pinch inside it to frame it. Drag one field onto another to swap them. · Select 2–5 items first and hit COLLAGE to start pre-filled. · Videos work too: mix them with photos and the collage exports as a video — 5 or 10 seconds, or as long as your longest clip. · DONE drops the result into your Roll; going back keeps your draft. Photo on your photo · PHOTO in the editor's tool row drops another picture onto your shot, from the Roll or your library. Drag it, pinch it, and tap it to switch between soft corners and a white print border. Works on video too. Fixes · Overlays on video now respond to a tap, the text panel no longer jumps to the top of the screen, and imported clips keep their location and real date. · Location and weather overlays show live data on video instead of falling back to sample text. · Small or buried elements are easier to grab, and stability fixes throughout both editors.

Night — long exposures, properly · Choose 5, 10, 15 or 30 seconds and Tacticam gathers the light for you. Longer is genuinely brighter, not just cleaner. · Every capture opens with a 3-second countdown, and you can stop early and keep what you have. · The photograph builds on screen while it captures — you watch it arrive. · In daylight the same tool becomes an ND-style long exposure: silky water in full sun. · NIGHT VISION turns the whole interface red so your eyes stay adjusted in the dark. Tacticam offers it when it notices the light has gone. · The screen no longer sleeps in the middle of a capture or a recording. Crop, at last · The photo editor gets a full crop tool: drag the frame, pull a corner, or snap to 9:16, 4:3, 1:1 or 3:2. It bakes in when you save — and the Roll always keeps your untouched original. Activity overlays · Route cards now animate in video exports — the route draws itself, instead of exporting a single frozen frame. · Fixed the Flyover 3D clip that always came out still. · Bolder, clearer type on the flyover overlays. · Name your own route card: tap it, tap again, and call it VEALØS SUMMIT instead of HIKE. Editing · Text stays exactly as you typed it — no more surprise line breaks when you press Done. · Text glides more smoothly while you drag it. · You can now scroll the Roll while selecting. · Going back never loses your work any more — your edits save to the Roll by themselves, imported photos included, and you pick up right where you left off. · In the video editor, heading back with unsaved changes now offers to save first. · The bin now triggers where your finger is, not where the middle of the overlay happens to be. · The caption-safe guide's tag is now a button — tap it to turn the guides off.
