Free forever, for every family. No purchases, no ads, no subscriptions. Every country, every journey and the members' area are now unlocked for everyone. New: a "Turn your sound on!" step when you set up an explorer, so you can hear the guides before you start.

Amara now says each country's name out loud when the daily hop spins to it, so a child who can't yet read "Kyrgyzstan" still knows where they're going. • Larger text no longer pushes the daily hop button off the home screen. • The map no longer stays blurry after a zoom interrupts it. • Sharper pictures on the facts screen. Still no ads, no accounts, and nothing about your child ever leaves the phone.

A smaller download, and a handful of fixes. • The facts screen no longer waits on a narration clip that never arrives, so the way forward is always there. • The music switch now saves reliably. • Fixed the Club price shown in a few countries where it isn't sold. Still no ads, no accounts, and nothing about your child ever leaves the phone.
