A floor plan from a vendor costs around $150 and takes three days. EdgeFloor takes about ten minutes, and you do it yourself.
Walk the rooms with your phone. The LiDAR scanner already built into your iPhone Pro does the measuring, and you get a clean floor plan with wall lengths, door and window positions, stairs, ceiling height and total area. Square footage measured on site, not inherited from a twenty-year-old tax record.

HOW IT WORKS
Open the app and walk the space slowly. EdgeFloor builds the plan as you go, so you can see what it has captured and go back over anything it missed. Scanning slowly is the single habit that makes the measurements accurate. When you finish, review the plan and export.

PART OF THE AGENT EDGE SUITE
EdgeFloor works on its own. Agent Edge Suite members can also file every plan against the client in Edge Studios' client hub, alongside listing descriptions, flyers, comparable sales and rental valuations, so the plan you need six months from now is the one you can find.
REQUIREMENTS
EdgeFloor uses the LiDAR scanner, available on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro models. It will not run on devices without it.
Measurements are estimates from a device scan. Verify them before using them for construction, appraisal, legal or contractual purposes.
