BobaDone turns an ever-growing to-do list into a clear recipe you can finish one step at a time. Capture a thought in Inbox (原料). When you’re ready, turn it into a Recipe (配方) and break big plans into as many levels of steps as you need. Today brings the tasks that need your attention into focus. When a task is completed—or intentionally canceled—Archive keeps the result, so your progress doesn’t disappear with the checkmark. INBOX (原料) — CAPTURE NOW, ORGANIZE LATER • Add an idea or task in one line • Search by title or notes • Select several tasks and schedule them for today or another date • Place one task under another to start a structured plan RECIPE (配方) — GIVE BIG PLANS A SHAPE • Build projects with multiple levels of tasks and subtasks • Expand and collapse branches to control the level of detail • Reorder steps, move whole branches, or change parent tasks • Add several subtasks at once • When completing or canceling a parent task, choose how to handle unfinished steps TODAY (今天) — FOCUS ON WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION • See flagged, due-today, and overdue tasks in one place • Work through clear morning, afternoon, and evening sections • Switch to a date view to see what’s coming next • Free users can view tasks, switch between Today and date views, and mark tasks complete ARCHIVE (出單) — KEEP A RECORD OF PROGRESS • Review completed and canceled tasks by date • Filter or search past results • See how many tasks you completed this week • Restore a task, adjust its completion time, or archive its record MORE WAYS TO STAY ON TRACK • Repeat tasks daily, weekly, monthly, or a set number of days after completion • Add notes, flags, dates, times, and structure-only folders • Glance at dated or flagged tasks in a read-only iPhone and iPad widget • Use Apple Shortcuts to add and complete tasks BobaDone is free to download and use.
