NOW is a training app for people who take it seriously — and a companion to the NOW Band and NOW Scale.
TRAINING
Log sets, reps and weight without fighting the interface. Personal records are tracked automatically, so you always know whether today beat last week. Exercise library with video demonstrations and 18 sport modes.
RUNNING
GPS routes, pace, distance and elevation on a live map. Runs sync to Apple Health, and the NOW Band adds continuous heart rate for the whole session.
NUTRITION
Log meals and keep an eye on calories and macros alongside your training load, instead of in a separate app that never talks to it.
RANKS AND XP
Every workout earns XP. Climb the ranks, keep your streak alive, and see where you stand against friends.
COMMUNITY
Add friends, share workouts, join crews and compare progress. Or keep everything private — that is a setting, not a compromise.
AI COACHING
Ask questions about your training and get answers that take your actual logged history into account.
NOW BAND
Pair over Bluetooth for continuous heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, skin temperature and sleep stages. Battery lasts weeks, not days. IP67, so rain and pools are fine.
NOW SCALE
Step on and the 8-electrode scale sends weight, body fat, muscle, water, bone mass, visceral fat, BMI and BMR straight into your history. Up to 10 profiles, so the whole household can use one scale.
APPLE WATCH AND WIDGETS
Start and control workouts from your wrist. Live Activities keep the session on your Lock Screen. Home Screen widgets show today at a glance.
PRIVACY
Your data belongs to you. Health data stays in Apple Health unless you choose to sync it, contacts are matched as one-way hashes and never uploaded in the clear, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.
The NOW Band and NOW Scale are wellness and fitness accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If something about your health concerns you, talk to a doctor.

SUBSCRIPTION
NOW Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
