Fewer ads getting in the way. The ad strip is gone from tactics, the kit picker, save slots, man of the match and the Panel and Backroom menus, and there is no ad when you open the game. You can manage a club now, not just a county. Over 1,500 real clubs across Ireland, each placed where it actually is, wearing its own colours, and playing its county's real championship. There's nobody to sign — you have the men who were born in the parish. Win the county and the province is next. Croke Park is in the game and you can play in it, along with three smaller grounds, and the weather changes with the month. Passing is yours again: tap to fist it, hold to kick it, and it goes where you aim it. Four camera angles in every match, not just practice. A tutorial for anyone new. And goalkeepers no longer walk out on you. The game now carries advertising, which is what pays for it. The ads are never personalised, nobody under 13 is shown one, and there is still nothing to buy.

Nobody could tell how a kick-out is taken, so the game shows you now. Pull down from the right of the screen. You get shown it for your first few, and nothing else sits on the screen while you are taking one. The App Store page also says what the game actually is, which it did not before.
