In the home appliance repair industry, common problems include: lack of repair records, disorderly work order documentation, difficulty in tracing after-sales services, and unclear inventory of spare parts. TechFix Log uses local data and multi-scenario photo archiving to turn each repair into a traceable work file. It does not require an internet connection throughout the process and is suitable for both on-site and store scenarios.
Core function
Work Dashboard
Today's work orders, completed orders, pending repair orders, pending follow-up orders, daily/monthly income are all clearly displayed; overdue work orders, inventory shortages, follow-up reminders are automatically summarized; supports one-click photo upload, new work order creation, adding customers, checking inventory.
Maintenance Album (Core)
Support for selecting pictures from the album or taking photos on the spot. Classified by scenarios: original state of the fault, details of damage, disassembly process, damaged parts, post-repair effect; can be bound to work orders and customers, recording the cause of the fault, repair plan, replacement parts, etc.; supports pre-repair/post-repair comparison, sorting by date, keyword search and batch management.
Maintenance Work Order Management
Offline creation of work orders, recording customer information, equipment brand and model, and usage years; differentiating between customer-reported faults, actual detected faults, and potential hazards; supporting multiple repair types and work order statuses; allowing setting of warranty periods and automatically identifying in-warranty/over-warranty status; supporting fuzzy queries by phone number, name, model, and date.
Customer File
Locally permanently stores customer addresses, frequently used appliances, historical fault and repair photos; supports labels such as regular/new customer/high value/batch, as well as custom remarks.
Inventory of accessories and consumables
Register the specifications, purchase quantity, unit price and real-time inventory of components such as compressors, capacitors, motors, motherboards, etc.; automatic deduction for replacing accessories in work orders; automatic warning when below the threshold, and support for purchase memos and scrap records.
Income accounting
Record door-to-door fees, labor costs, accessory costs, cleaning fees, etc. separately; record receivables, actual receipts, discounts and debts; support debt tracking, as well as offline daily/weekly/monthly statistics and historical bill inquiries.
Maintenance Technical Note Library
Classified by appliance categories, it includes common faults, troubleshooting techniques, complex solutions, special model experiences, and rework summaries, facilitating on-site reference and technical accumulation.
Post-sale follow-up
Customize the reminder time for follow-up visits, record the follow-up results (normal use / minor issues / need re-inspection / need repair), and reduce disputes during the warranty period.
Auxiliary tools
On-site work time recording, common fault inspection process memo, customer-oriented maintenance knowledge, daily work schedule list, etc.
System Settings
Store information, default warranty period and quotation standards; reminder switch and sound/vibration; support for categorized deletion of photos, work orders, customers, inventory, etc., or one-click reset of all local data.
