We’ve refined Schichtklar: getting started is easier, your hours balance is clearer and exports are easier to read. Good shifts, and thanks for using Schichtklar!

New: after “Fill in the month”, one tap sets a reminder one hour before each shift. And you can now try the monthly plan free for 7 days. Plus lots of small improvements. Have good shifts, and thanks for using Schichtklar!

Thanks for using Schichtklar! New in 2.1.7: • Easier start: only your hourly rate is required. The weekly hours in your contract are optional; without them, Schichtklar suggests a monthly target from your own shifts after four weeks • “I only know my monthly salary”: Schichtklar works out your hourly rate from your gross monthly salary and weekly hours and shows you the calculation • Add your monthly target later: in the Hours tab, enter your weekly hours any time in the “Monthly target” sheet; without a target, Schichtklar shows no plus or minus • Public holiday premium per federal state (Pro): under “More” → “Public holidays”, pick your German federal state; the statutory public holidays of all 16 states are built in. It starts with the maximum tax-free rate under German § 3b EStG as a guide – set your own rate under premiums. Per calendar day the highest day premium counts, the night premium comes on top. Mark holidays that only apply in your municipality in the shift • Payday (Pro): after your first payslip, Schichtklar asks once when it usually arrives. On that day you get a reminder at 6 pm to compare – without amounts in the notification – and the plan shows “Payslip for … arrived?” with “Compare now” for up to seven days • Large text: tariff tiles and the editor and PDF previews now wrap cleanly, pay fields no longer cut off digits; the keyboard closes before backup and restore We’d love your feedback.

Thanks for using Schichtklar! New in 2.1.4 – your roster in seconds: • Fill in the month: pick a shift type, tap the days – all shifts added in one step, with undo • Shift rotation: set the order of early, late, night and days off, then tap the start day – Schichtklar fills the month, with Pro the next months too • See shifts, hours and the gross estimate first; existing shifts stay as they are, overlaps are skipped • After your trial starts, you go straight to "Fill in your month" We'd love your feedback.

Thanks for using Schichtklar! New in 2.1.2 – more personal and clearer: • At the start, Schichtklar asks what matters most to you – planning shifts, checking pay or tracking hours – and shows you that first • Your hourly rate and weekly hours now come from your own details instead of preset values • CSV export of your shifts is now free for everyone – your entries are yours • Preview your monthly PDF before you decide on Pro • The reminder before your trial ends shows your own summary, arrives at a free time based on your roster and can be turned off under “More” • Early shifts before 7 am can be reminded the evening before; the weekly overview arrives the evening before your first shift • Every gross estimate now notes: excluding public holiday premiums We'd love to hear your feedback.

Thanks for using Schichtklar! New in 2.1.1 – more clarity during your free trial: • Try the annual plan free for a month and the Pro page shows the steps at a glance: everything unlocked today with no payment, a reminder before the trial ends, the first payment only after that – cancel anytime before • If you like, we remind you with a notification two days before your trial ends • Under “More” you can see when your trial ends and go straight to your App Store subscriptions with “Manage subscription” • Calmer: the Pro offer no longer appears when you open the app • More privacy: the Pro page and purchase steps are only counted with your consent • More robust: after an unexpected error, the app reloads instead of closing – your shifts stay saved We'd love to hear your feedback.

Thanks for using Schichtklar! 2.1 gives you a clearer view of your shift week: • Right after saving: hours, night share and your week at a glance • Copy last week: add last week's shifts in one tap – with preview and undo • Weekly overview on Sunday: shifts, hours and days off for the coming week (optional) • Month summary of the previous month – with Pro incl. balance, night and Sunday hours • Pro: payslip check reminder on the day you choose • Turn on shift reminders right after adding a shift We'd love to hear your feedback.

Schichtklar 2.0 – completely redesigned: • Day, week and month on a real timeline • Shift details with calculations, editor with drafts • Time account with entries and carry-over • Reminders, calendar transfer and widgets • Payslip comparison per rule group • Optional account with end-to-end encrypted backup and device transfer • Premiums per calendar day to the minute, e.g. the Sunday part of a night shift starting on Saturday Your existing shifts are carried over automatically.

After setup, Schichtklar opens the first shift directly. Eligible new subscribers can try either the monthly or annual plan free for 7 days; the paywall now matches the selected store offer, price and renewal. Anonymous counters distinguish paywall views, cancellations and technical errors.

We fixed optional app analytics and anonymous onboarding counters. Purchase and restore flows can also no longer start more than once at the same time.

Schichtklar is now even easier to use. We improved large-text layouts and tailored the optional “Improve the app” experience to real shift-work needs. Stability and store flows have also been refined.
