ArborLetter Pro is the essential field utility designed specifically for ISA Certified Arborists, tree care contractors, municipal inspectors, and consulting arborists. Generate professional, signable, and legal-ready arborist opinion letters and field assessment reports directly from your iPad or iPhone in minutes.
Whether performing tree risk assessments, neighbor dispute reports, municipal permit letters, or hazard tree evaluations, ArborLetter Pro streamlines your field workflow, eliminates late-night paperwork, and delivers clear, professional PDFs instantly to your clients.
KEY FEATURES:
• CUSTOM COMPANY BRANDING
Upload your tree service or consulting logo, enter your contact information, and store your ISA Certification numbers to automatically format professional headers on every exported PDF.
• JOB-SITE PHOTO LOG APPENDIX
Capture photo evidence directly in the field or attach existing photos from your library. The app automatically builds a clean, formatted photo log appendix attached directly to your opinion letter.
• TRAQ RISK MATRIX INTEGRATION
Incorporate standard Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) concepts into your assessments. Easily evaluate Failure Likelihood, Impact, and Consequences to calculate overall risk levels (Low, Moderate, High, Extreme) directly into report text.
• DIGITAL SIGNATURE CANVAS
Sign your opinion letters directly on your touchscreen before generating or emailing PDFs to homeowners, contractors, or municipality officials.
• PRE-BUILT DISCLAIMERS & FEE CREDIT TERMS
Tap to insert standard ANSI A300 disclaimers, visual inspection limitations, Acts of God liability clauses, and customizable fee credit terms (e.g., crediting consultation fees toward tree removal or pruning work).
• CLOUD SYNC & LOCAL FALLBACK
Your company profile and custom branding sync securely across devices using Supabase backend integration, while local offline support ensures you never lose a field draft on job sites without cell service.
