KitTrail helps you keep a personal record of your days, with a symptom library designed around multiple sclerosis.
Record an overall day rating, symptoms, sleep, daily function, Possible Factors, and medication or treatment changes. Add notes when you want more context, then return to History to review or edit your records.
KitTrail Monthly subscription features: With an active KitTrail Monthly subscription, Insights summarizes what you have recorded and shows observational associations when enough comparable information is available. Subscribers can also create a PDF summary with the sections they choose for conversations with their healthcare team.
Insights are observational and do not establish medical causes or recommend treatment.
Optional daily reminders can help you remember to check in.
Your journal is stored on your device. No KitTrail account is required. Reports are shared only when you choose a destination through your device’s sharing controls.
