Insula Train your mind to notice. Most patterns form before we see them. Insula helps you catch them early, a few minutes a day. Questions that make you think. Each session asks one question at a time, chosen for where you are right now. Tap Why this question to see the reasoning, and Your state to see what it noticed. Every session, distilled. When you finish, Insula sums up what came up and suggests what to try next. Check in with your body. Name the feeling. Mark where you feel it. Ten seconds that tell you more than you’d expect. A place to write it down. A daily journal, always one tap away. See yourself change. Insights tracks five skills you can build: noticing before reacting, somatic awareness, taking responsibility, empathy and compassion, and identifying triggers. A nudge, if you want one. Optional reminders at the time you choose. Available in six languages. Private by design: Your reflections are encrypted and never used to train AI models. Download everything, or delete your account, at any time. Insula Premium Unlimited sessions. No limits per session. Insula Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
