Evthi brings the scattered pieces of your life together in one place: notes, money, documents, reminders and projects. And all of it stays only on your phone, encrypted.
EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
• Notes: Headings, lists, to-dos, tables and images; add voice notes, locations and reminders. Scan text from paper with your camera and drop it into a note.
• Finance: Track income and expenses, sort them into categories, set budgets, and keep an eye on subscriptions and recurring payments. Get a heads-up when you reach 80% of a budget.
• Documents: IDs, contracts, invoices, warranties… Scan with your camera and edges are cropped automatically; even the text inside scanned documents shows up in search. Get reminded before expiry and renewal dates.
• Reminders: Tasks with due dates, recurring chores, and one-tap "Done" or "Snooze" right from the notification.
• Projects: Bring notes, expenses, documents and tasks together under one project.
• Inventory: Keep your belongings, their photos and warranty periods.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• Create a single-file backup, protect it with a password if you like, and restore it on a new phone.
• Export notes as PDF and finance records as Excel or CSV, including loans, subscriptions, budgets and goals.

• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets (iOS 17 and later): open Quick Capture in one tap. To add one, touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget → Evthi.
• Control Center button (iOS 18 and later): swipe down and jump straight into Quick Capture.
• Morning summary: today's reminders, upcoming payments and documents about to expire, in one notification each morning. Choose the time in Settings.
• Early budget alert: we let you know when a category reaches 80% of its monthly budget.
• Richer finance export: debts and loans, subscriptions, this month's budget and goals are now included.
• Quick Capture understands more ways of writing times.
Fixes:
• Purchase and warranty dates in Inventory are now easy to pick.
• The Quick Captures page now has a button to add a new entry.
• Digital Memory entries save even without a title.
• The bell no longer keeps a count after "Mark all as read".
