Everything is made live on your phone, so it never loops and never needs the internet. SIGNATURE MIXES • Theta Dream, Crown Light, Deep Ocean Sleep, Healing Rain, Mountain Temple and Let It Go. • Each one blends a tone, a sleep beat in harmony with it, soft music and nature sounds. TONES AND SLEEP BEATS • Solfeggio tones from 174 to 963 Hz. • Delta, theta and alpha beats. Binaural with headphones, or gentle pulses on the speaker. WATER AND SINGING BOWLS • Gentle stream, ocean waves, light rain, downpour and waterfall. • Tibetan singing bowls, softly struck and tuned to your tone. • Far-off chimes in the same key. MAKE IT YOURS • Mix any tone, beat, music, water, bowls and chimes, each with its own volume. • Save your favorite mixes. • Sleep timer with a slow fade-out. BREATHE • A breathing guide where the light grows as you breathe in and fades as you breathe out. • 4-7-8, box breathing and calm breathing. WAKE UP GENTLY • Soft sound fades in at your wake time instead of a loud alarm. • An optional sunrise light: the screen glows warm orange and slowly brightens.
