This update is all about making your inbox *even* easier to manage! New: Automatically Organized Inbox Your emails are now sorted into tabs for you: Priority: Important people and conversations Other: Newsletters and promotions Notes: Project docs and collaborations Starred: Things you marked as favorites No setup needed! Prefer the classic look? You can switch back anytime in Settings. New: Customize your Unified Inbox Choose which accounts you want to see together in one view. Stay focused and organized, with less effort.

We've redesigned the Reply and Forward buttons for improved clarity. The Reply button now intelligently displays as 'Reply' in one-on-one chats and 'Reply All' in group threads to ensure you always respond to the right audience.

Forward Messages in a Tap Need to share an important message with someone else? You can forward messages directly from the action bar next to Reply, Delete, and Star. You’ll also see the Forward option inside each message for even quicker access. Pinned section upgrade Keep your important conversations organized with a new collapsible pinned section! - Collapse and expand pinned items at will. - See a counter showing the total number of pinned conversations. - A blue unread messages icon makes sure you never miss updates. - UI enhancements: An arrow now indicates open/closed state and the section title font size is slightly larger. New "Set up your shared inbox" shortcut Admins and workspace owners can now set up a shared inbox faster than ever with a new blue button in the feed.

Invite Your Team Collaboration just got simpler! For new users, the invite modal is now front and center, making it effortless to bring teammates onboard. Send invites via email or share an invite link in seconds. Mobile Widget Update For new users on mobile, the widget displaying people and upcoming items is now turned off by default. However, it can still be enabled anytime through settings. Existing users will see no changes.
