Fixed Issues: - Several crash and layout issues have been fixed Compatibility Notes: - This version is not supporting OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard anymore - This version has been thoroughly tested on all supported platforms and several compatibility issues have been fixed - Ready for OS X 10.10 Yosemite - Reopening recent folders may require the “open” dialog on OS X 7 Lion Scan Speed Notes (a bit technical): Purple Tree uses the standard Cocoa API provided by Apple which proved to be very efficient. After several tests including low level or multi-threaded file searches the conclusion is that the current implementation is doing the job pretty well. Yet analyzing the disk can be slow and the only factor is the number of files! So it can be a good tip to exclude some specific folders containing a lot of small files by adding it to the ignore list. Typical example could be the Applications and Library folders if you are only interested in mapping your own files, such as pictures, music or videos.
