Here's what Zoho Expense offers:
- Manage mileage expense lifecycle from making mileage claims to tracking and reimbursements.
- Scan your receipts in 15 different languages using the receipt scanner. Take a picture from your Zoho Expense app and an expense will be created automatically.
- Select flights, hotels, cabs, and trains based on the company's policy and have them sent for approval. Once approved, the tickets will be automatically booked.
- Connect your personal and corporate credit cards; Zoho Expense fetches card feeds instantly and converts the statements into expenses.
- Catch up on pending expense reporting tasks with the help of Zia, your assistant.
- Approve reports instantly and move them toward reimbursement.
- Recieve instant notifications for your submitted reports and trips.
- Get quick insights on your business spend with analytics.
- Add expenses when you are offline, and have them synced once you are back online.
- Upgrade or change your plan directly within the app. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription. The Zoho Expense Premium plan includes a minimum of five users with unlimited receipt scanning, travel desk availability, automated per diem, custom approvals, and much more.
