Signal Time is a simple and easy-to-read app that announces the time at regular intervals. By default, it announces the time every 10 seconds (customizable).
Use it in various situations—have it read the time aloud while you're busy getting ready in the morning, or check the time hands-free in the kitchen while waiting for your favorite show to start.
No internet connection is required; the app works entirely offline.
* Adjust the volume of both the second-hand sound and voice announcements (can be muted)
