Unsupported conditions stop calculation; public projects never receive property-lien filing dates. Save a calculation as a project, schedule local reminders, export a calendar file, or use Pro to add dates directly to iPhone Calendar. Projects flag past-due dates, rules needing review and reminders needing setup. Pending reminder status reflects this iPhone; delivery depends on iOS. Track upcoming saved dates with Pro widgets. REFERENCE COVERAGE AND CALCULATION SCOPE The reference library covers all 50 states, DC and the Federal Miller Act. Automatic calculations cover selected scenarios and vary by state, role and project type. Private-project rules include supported subcontractor scenarios in all 50 states and DC; other roles, remedies and exceptions have narrower coverage. Selected public-project scenarios span 50 states and DC, with limited role, regime and remedy coverage. HI/IN/MT/NM provide claim or notice dates only; IN covers local held-contract-fund claims. SD covers mandatory-bond failure and joining an existing claimant bond action. KY/MO/WV action limits require confirmed accrual and bond conditions. Unverified remedies and calendar boundaries require review, including with Pro. Federal Miller Act calculations require an applicable federal payment bond and a supported claimant tier; public ownership or federal funding alone does not establish coverage. Verified rules apply supported weekend and holiday extensions. Unverified calendars, extraordinary closures, tolling and exceptions require individual review. FREE AND PRO Free includes supported calculations in CA, TX, FL, NY, IL and PA, plus the Federal Miller Act; one saved project; calendar-file export; custom local reminders at 30, 14, 7, 3, 1 or 0 days before a deadline; and optional biometric App Lock. Pro unlocks supported calculations beyond the six free states, Calendar direct write, widgets, unlimited saved projects, calculation history and the state rule reference viewer. Purchasing Pro does not make unsupported scenarios available. Pro Annual: $9.99 USD per year. Eligible customers may receive a 14-day free trial. Pro Lifetime: $19.99 USD once, with no renewal. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Eligible trials convert to the paid yearly subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before trial end. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests. The purchase screen shows Apple's current localized price and applicable offer. ON YOUR IPHONE No login, account, analytics or cloud sync. Project data stays on this iPhone. Calendar and notification permissions are requested when you use those features. There is no built-in JSON backup or import. Standard iOS device backups may include saved projects.
