How it works...
You can customize Taskfulness to your liking by switching features on/off.
Our features, by the use case:
- Reason-first app usage: stop and think of your intention before using distracting apps.
- Emotion Labelling: notice your patterns when scrolling out of irritation, anxiety, or fatigue.
- Cooldown Minutes: tame impulsive scrolling.
- Super Focus Mode: use certain apps for work, and mute the rest.
- AI Notifications: set your real-life goal. When Taskfulness AI recognizes scrolling for no reason, it will offer you a short alternative task that aligns with your goal. (AI Notifications are generated on your side, and not shared with the developer or any third person).

It could be one of the most useful app on my phone,helping me a lot by remind me how many time I spend.

I also have some feedbacks. when we spend more than an hour on one thing, could you please make the app show us how much time it takes exactly rather than just show more than one hour.
