**More accurate recordkeeping and heat guidance.**
- **Incident assessment asks every question** — the wizard now walks through each OSHA recording criterion, including medical removal, before it classifies a case.
- **Privacy cases protected** — mark an incident as a privacy concern case. The OSHA 300 Log then prints "Privacy Case" and a description you review instead of the employee's name.
- **Reassess saved incidents** — correct an outcome later (days away, restricted work, death) and re-run the classification without losing photos or details.
- **Permanent case numbers** — every case gets a number that is never reused, shown the same on the 300, 300A and 301.
- **Heat guidance follows OSHA's schedule for new and returning workers** — new workers start at 20% of a normal exposure day; returning workers at 50%, 60%, 80%, then 100%. The acclimatization tracker advances only on the days you log.
