This app serves as the platform of 'The Empathy Journey', OtheReality's empathy training system. The platform harnesses the unique power of VR to foster empathy by allowing the user to 'walk a mile' in someone else's shoes. This system promotes diversity, belonging and employee engagement in corporates; eliminates compassion fatigue and attrition in the healthcare sector and eradicates racism, sexual harassment and bullying amongst homeland security forces as well as academia staff and K12 education students. The app combines the powerful VR experience with an online personal workshop and a data collection engine that creates a strong psychological effect.
