Fixes:

• Some comics show pages in the wrong order.

• Progress from OPDS-PSE is not shown on the library when there is no Panels Reading Session, and the lastReadDate is not decoded or is missing.

• Kavita progress sync needs the page to be sent as one-based.

• Vertical continuous scroll reading bug fixes.

• Mark as Read does make comics appear in the Finished list.
