New option to clean up temporary and cache files generated by PocketServer

- Optimized memory and CPU usage when browsing large directories. PocketServer now only uses a small amount of memory, even with large drives (tested on my 2TB drive). - Displays thumbnails for common file types in the Quick Share and Static Host Web UI. Enable it in the Settings.
