Updated OTP URL

Implement background tag reading. No need to open the app, just turn on the LCD and tap the phone to the card reader the tap the notification when it pop up. Add email OTP as option should the SMS OTP failed. Add SMS/Email OTP countdown timer.

Change app's UILayout for better user experience. Add keyboard filter for hex entry and 8-digit limit. Add registration authentication using OTP via SMS. Option to register the app using NFC card. Add log out option.

Add dynamic QR code generator as another option to gain access. Dynamic QR code generator can be configured in settings page.
