Rflect is reflection made simple, meaningful, and mobile. Designed for students, trusted by universities.
In a fast-moving world, it’s easy to rush from task to task without pausing to think about what really matters. Rflect helps you slow down, connect with yourself, and make sense of your learning journey wherever you are.
With the Rflect App, you can reflect anytime and anywhere:
Create personal or guided reflections, create and monitor your learning goals and actions, and keep track of your progress directly from your phone. In class, on the train, or between moments that matter. Stay organised and focused with push notifications so you never miss a reflection or deadline.

Please note that Rflect is available only to students whose university holds an active Rflect license. Learning journeys are created and managed by lecturers or program coordinators. If your university already uses Rflect, you will receive access directly through your lecturer.
