出入管理 : 智能门锁出入管理, 通过智能手机APP通知出入记录
侵入管理 : 通过门窗、动态等传感器感知到入侵时，给智能手机发送提醒
盗窃管理 : 倾斜传感器感知时，给智能手机发送提醒
视频监控 : 外出中通过智能手机查看家里情况。
紧急情况通知 : 发生危险情况时，点击紧急报警按钮通知保安室或家人。
远程控制 : 通过智能手机的APP远程控制燃气阀门，智能门锁。
