这是怎么啦
两年前买的728，就一直使用此软件，无大碍。最近系统更新，显示内容强大了，但是更新后的手机却无法登陆了，现在根本没有办法使用，麻烦尽早解决
三星的产品真的体验很差
首先指纹锁老是识别不出指纹（三星是最低级的蓝光指纹识别，精度极低，手指脏了或者破点皮都是读不出的），无奈用这软件开锁。这软件注册繁琐不说，用起来还相当麻烦，必须联网，否则注册的锁显示不出，你一个蓝牙的东西，又不能远程解锁，干嘛非要联网？电梯上楼没4G信号不知道吗？苹果手机信号差也是出了名的，要等手机搜到4G信号然后再开门（E网联不上的，也不知道什么玩意要这么大带宽），三星你们自己用过这东西吗？怎么被你们做出来的，体验极其不好
不能自动解锁没什么用，大家不要下载
能不能加一个功能选择，自动解锁或者手机解锁的选项，每次开门还要慢慢拿出手机还要按一下，太不方便了，没有别的品牌做得好…界面也难看，感觉有点偷工减料…一年都没更新了…还是凯迪仕做得好，早发现就不买三星了，后悔了，感觉三星就是在忽悠人，728支持手机其实并没有什么用，以后别介绍朋友买了，他们根本就没把客户当回事。要是能退货，我马上退…
