Pushly helps you take control of distracting apps by turning screen time into movement.
Instead of opening apps on autopilot, Pushly adds a short physical pause before access. Choose the apps you want to control, complete push-up sessions, earn credits, and unlock app time more intentionally.
Whether you want to reduce scrolling, limit app time, build better phone habits, or create a stronger screen time routine, Pushly helps you create friction before you fall back into old patterns.
Why Pushly?
* Control distracting apps before they pull you in
* Complete push-up sessions to earn credits
* Use credits to unlock app time intentionally
* Track your reps and progress
* Reduce impulsive scrolling
* Build a healthier relationship with your phone
* Replace mindless screen time with movement
Pushly is designed for people who want more than a normal screen time limit. Instead of simply telling you to stop, Pushly helps you pause, move, and make a more conscious choice before opening distracting apps.
Pushly is free to download. Access to app blocking, credit-based app unlocking, progress tracking, and the full Pushly experience requires an active subscription after the 7-day free trial.
