The Applied Biosystems™ SeqStudio™ instrument app, will allow you to see how innovations in Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis are built into the SeqStudio Genetic Analyzer. Same workflow, same trusted technology, but now with an innovative all-in-one cartridge that reduces setup time from hours to minutes. You will learn about the instrument with two different viewing options.
The first option is to place your mobile phone in a Cardboard VR headset where you will be able to perform a run on the SeqStudio instrument in Virtual Reality. This will bring you into a lab where you can see in 360 degrees and virtually run the instrument. The interactivity will happen using “gaze control,” or placing the center pointer on viewable targets.
The second option will allow you to view on a mobile or tablet device and give more options to learn about the instrument. The interactivity will happen using your finger and touching on the screen. “Welcome to the SeqStudio Genetic Analyzer,” will guide you through performing a run on the instrument. “Instrument and Cartridge Details” will show you the different parts of the instrument. The other options will allow you to navigate through different pages of applications, analysis software and web-based applications.
