Everyone wants to be seen, heard and valued. It's a fundamental human need that is underpinned by how we are loved, belong and good enough.
The Let'sTALK Program empowers us to feel valued through the power of conversation. It aims to do this by 'Letting everyone talk safely' (our vision) as we believe everyone wants and needs to be seen, heard and valued (our purpose).
The Let'sTALK Program runs in schools, universities and workplaces to build a culture of psychological safety within organisations, as well as cultivate psychological resilience in ourselves. We understand both psychological safety and resilience are important for safe, thriving and sustainable cultures to exist.
This App is loaded with features that follow the 'TALK' strategies within The Let'sTALK Framework to encourage conversations, journaling, track your mood and mental health and unpack your own thoughts and feelings to develop your resilience, and to be your authentic self.
This App is for individuals as well as for organisations.
