Apple watch isn’t enough to to get metrics for running. I can get a lot of metrics (measure gear), segments and etc. Export to garmin and Strava can improve.

It is clearly mentioned on the App Store that the “Swag Bag” subscription available as in-app purchase is required to share, backup and export your workouts. The subscriptions supporys the ongoing development, maintenance and support of RunGap.
