Pedagram was developed for learning and self-improvement and is best used collaboratively by an instructor (who conducts the session) and observer (who uses the app).
The app is not meant to evaluate an individual’s use of technology but provide them with tangible observational data to answer the question, “How do I know if the technology I use in the classroom is making a difference?” Pedagram enables the observer to respond to the same 10 questions every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the session. By the end of a session, the observer, who would have completed several observation cycles, would be presented with a visual report of all the data collected which they can then export as PDF.
