Inside, you’ll find everything you need in one place: personalised calories and macros (with example meals and a built-in food tracker) and a structured training programme complete with video demos. Your coach selects the plan that suits you best, and tweaks it on check-in days so it continues to match your goals. You’ll also have a supplement plan, clear training or nutrition timelines—whether that’s a fat-loss phase, a maintenance block, or prepping around events like marathons and daily habit tracking to keep you accountable. Steps, water, bodyweight, heart rate… all the small things that make the big difference. There’s a full library of educational videos and resources covering everything from the menstrual cycle to warming up properly, beating gym-anxiety, recipes, food lists and more.
