OSI-6 Visual Forms
- Visual Forms are added to the form library of the app user as soon as they are created in the backoffice.
- The new Visual Form feature allows app users to add/edit/preview visual forms on a work order.
- The visual form has similar features/usage as a regular form: Rename, Add Object/Equipment, Validate, Preview.
- You can leave a visual form at all times. But the work order it is assigned to can only be completed if all required fields on the visual forms are filled out.
- A visual form is distinguishable from a regular form by the ‘eye’ icon in front of the Form name.

OSI-1388 Prices Including Vat
- Every Material line & Work period line created in the app now adds the correct VAT rate.
- In Job Details: App users can choose to show all prices on a particular work order by changing the Excl. VAT setting to Include VAT.
- We now show a currency icon in front of every price field in the app.
- We emphasize in every price screen if the prices are including or excluding VAT.
- We always apply the specified VAT-code defined in the material/work period. When a material has no VAT setting, we will apply the default account VAT setting. When there are no VAT-codes in the account, no VAT will be applied.

OSI-1518 Full Work Order History
- History work orders found through Clients or Objects can now be opened and fully viewed showing the full content of the work order. Previously, only the Work Order PDF could be viewed.
- No adjustments can be made to these history work orders.
- Device policy settings such as Show Prices yes/no are still applied to these work orders.

OSI-1945 Sign & Send Improvements
- To accommodate prices including VAT, the sign & send screen required a few changes.
- While working on this part of the app, we chose to make some minor improvements to make the screen more readable and useful.
- Photos are positioned horizontally to reduce the space they take up. A details page can be opened by clicking on the next arrow. In this screen, you can edit the photos or add a new photo.
- Total materials & work periods are summed together including a total price.
- The materials & work periods details are summed together in one summary detail screen. We removed the option to add a new material or work period in this details page. Adjustments to a specific work period or material line are still possible.
- The above 3 layout adjustments are implemented in the Workflows Overview Step as well.
- We added a new option: payment method option to the sign & send screen. The payment method was previously only adjustable through the Job Details page.

Bug Fixes

OSI-1681 Schedule: Multi-day WO with multiple employees does not collate work days per employee.
The schedule could duplicate colleagues assigned to your work order. We now show the correct amount of colleagues.

OSI-1869 Clients: Search Cancel button is white on iOS 18.
The cancel button was no longer visible due to iOS 18 update. This has been resolved.

OSI-1909 General: What's New is shown at every launch.
Login and Out and Switching between accounts no longer shows the What’s New every time. It is supposed to only show the first time after an update.

OSI-1919 Device Policies: Object History is shown while PDF preview is disabled.
Work order & form History for objects is no longer shown when PDF preview is disabled in your device policies.

We now support the Visible/Billable permissions set in the device policies. Blocking your employees from making adjustments to Visible and Billable settings.
