The “Vichy 1939-1945” application (available in French and English) takes you on a completely autonomous guided tour of Vichy from 1939 to 1945. The selected places of interest illustrate both national and local history. Each place is put into context by a brief, precise historical text (What happened here during the war? Why? How?) and exclusive archive sources. All the accompanying archive documentscan be enlarged for easier reading. Places of interest can be identified via the GPS map or the list of themes.
