Description
CNP Insupass is the insurance portal for policyholders of CNP Cyprialife Limited and CNP Asfalistiki Limited where they can review insurance policy information and transact with the companies.
The mobile app enables the following:
1) Access to all information of your insurance policies with CNP Cyprialife and CNP Asfalistiki.
2) Submit and review the status of insurance claims.
3) Make payments and review policy transactions.
4) Store your health cards in the app, to avoid hassle searching for them when you need them most.
5) Call and receive Road Assistance.
6) All information needed for medical assistance in Cyprus or abroad.
7) Communication with our offices.
8) Quotation for insurance contracts.
Access to the mobile app is obtained using CNP Insupass credentials with option for biometrics.
Registration to CNP Insupass may be performed electronically or after contacting our offices or your Insurance Intermediary.
The mobile app is offered in Greek and English and is available free of charge.

Can’t submit a claim
1. I can’t submit a claim. I’ve attached receipts and a claim form, but I see no button to actually submit the claim. In a previous version of the application there was a button. This is annoying as I have to do something with it, to contact my insurance agent at least.
2. Biometric authentication doesn’t work. I use the application, and after a while it just says “your session is expired, please re-login”. I have to fill in login and password every time.
3. Design - it became more pretty in comparing with the previous version, I like it. What I’d have changed if I were the developer is a color of icons - in the settings all the icons are red. I suppose red color should be used only for urgent things as it is an aggressive and bright color (simply by nature)

It cannot accept photos either captured or downloaded
The app is fine
In case the app constantly shows you a full screen pop-up message about some Infrastructure upgrade in July, preventing you from logging into the app, try to change time format of your phone to 24-hour.
