Previously, devices were only added to the Unassociated Devices or Device Assistant Group (DAG). Now, you can skip the extra steps and place devices exactly where they belong—right from the start. What’s new? Claim devices directly into a specific room from the Device Assistant Streamlined process eliminates the need for manual reorganization in XiO Cloud Multiple intuitive ways to find the right room, including: Searching by room name Navigating the XiO Cloud group hierarchy Why it matters: This long-requested enhancement simplifies workflows, saves time, and reduces friction—so you can focus on what matters most. Note: Desk claiming support will be available in a future release.
