Version 2.29.0
The newest version of the Hellenic Bank mobile app includes enhancements to the navigation of the app improving the accessibility to the more menu via multiple locations and the addition of the "Products" menu to the bottom navigation. Additionally customers can now download monthly account statements via the "Manage" option under the "Accounts" menu. The version also contains a number of fixes and updates to enhance your mobile banking experience.

saved me from a scam
I received a text message which I thought was from my local post office & stated that I need to pay a small fee for the delivery of my item.
Since I had recently done an online order I figured this was real and the fact that the link i clicked on opened up a pretty convincing website, I proceeded with the payment.
Once I got the notification from this application though showing the large amount of money almost stolen from my account I was shocked, but THANK GOD there was the decline option and the immediate choice to freeze my card🙏🏼
Improvement feedback
It would be nice to have a logout button or/and a way to switch between ebanking accounts as some users may have more than one. The option to remove and re-add the account is not convenient or practical at the moment. Hope it will be done soon!

The worst bank app
The worst app I ever used in my life! One million issues , whatever you want to do , extract report , send receive, internal messages everything has issues!! I’m tired of being on mobile phone and fight on emails with your support because you don’t want to make a proper app , make it work smoothly and no crashes.
Not to mention that for a month I wasn’t able to use it because I update my iOS version and your app wasn’t supporting it , amazing job from Hellenic once again.
If negative rating was an option I would give you -5 *
