In principle, the application is normal and can be given 5 stars. But it is absolutely in HP style to make several jambs that are not corrected for years and remain in the software forever. Let's throw away the aggressive advertising of cartridges - HP forgets that in addition to the USA, there are other countries in the world that do not have a developed system of changing cartridges, there is no bonus policy, no recycling and other services. Okay, let's leave these problems with pop-up windows and indicating the nearest centers thousands of kilometers from the printer, on the conscience of HP. But simple things that are needed constantly are not corrected at all. For example, to select a tray for feeding documents for scanning - you need to conduct a special investigation! The tray is not configured either in Settings, or in the Printer, or in the Personal Account, or in the scanning properties. The tray can only be found when setting the resolution, inside the resolution window in the feed methods section... You don't need to look in the FAQ, and only on the 10th or 12th resource on the website will they hint to you where it might be. But all this is in HP's style, standard American arrogance does not allow them to ask users about problems. So if you are used to it - 5 stars is the best.

Why did you have to totally change an app that was working perfectly? I was using the app for the last 5-6 years and everything was working as it should be.Now after the update, the interface is awful, shortcut no more available for the frequently used functions. Even if you try to set them ip they never work as it should be, lots of lags in the app, very slow and not functional at all.Please bring back the old interface and functionality

The printer and the app is good. By why HP does not allow a language chnage on the profile? This is basic stuff that the user should be in control not HP. I want my account and emails to be revived in English instead HP decided NO. You registered your printer in a country where the main language is not English so everything will be in the countries main language. And guess what we won’t give you the option to change it. Really HP?
