Scam - do not even use trial version

Downloaded the trial, removed it a day later. The app was not showing on app store. I was charged a month later (no email for the charge received) and I wasn’t aware. i got charged again 2 days ago (a receipt email came). I’ve sent two emails, I provided screenshots and I have also let them known that I am reporting them in EU bodies. No response so I am also filing a case today as well. Shame on you charging this much for nothing special and be exploiting people on a sensitive matter that might want to see what an app has to offer before purchasing a subscription. Shame on you.

Everything hidden behind a pay wall.

This is an app that used to great but I know it has to make money but why bully your user to pay this, that and the third. I get into the app, I see trail version bam with no close button to get out of it and everything is locked behind a pay wall. The app just sits there on my phone I can’t even see my period analysis. I think people are accustomed to trail and premium already if they want it they’ll get - which is very expensive btw. So you guys don’t need to keep bullying, pushing and locking users out of the app coz you want them to subscribe to a premium. Terrible UX.

I have this app for many many years .. the new update to notify before 16 days from my next period , that “period may start today “ on the calendar when opening the app, is very annoying … so i wish it goes back to notifying before 6 days is mentally better .. or to keep as your next cycle is in … days .
