I have made two purchases from Answer, both footwear, and I am very pleased with the products. The quality and price are well balanced, and the delivery was reasonably fast. I have not had the need to return any items so far, therefore I cannot provide feedback on the returns process.

This website is only in Greek in Cyprus there is no option for English in which I found difficult! Also I was trying to order items from the morning with difficulty would not access my password then tried from apple then had to download the app! And also the jeans I wanted were €58 and then when I downloaded the app they were €65 for the same jeans 🤨I think your website needs additional work to it still …I am regular customer but this time was difficult! I hope this has helped

Language Accessibility and Misleading Information

List of languages available is not correct and as advertised on App information and the App itself. App information states English and 12 others. This app is NOT available in English and there is no option to change once the App is downloaded. When answear post adverts on Facebook it shows information in English. This is extremely misleading information for the customer.
