King Richard doesn’t just rule Royal Kingdom, he also teaches life lessons along the way. Rather than let the obstacles sent by the Dark King and the Dark Witch prevent him from living his best majestic life, he strategises, uses his resources wisely and finds a path forward. Here’s the advice we’ve gleaned from the worldly ruler so far…
Evaluate your opponent
While some enemies fall in a standard match, others are only beatable with boosters such as Spinners and Electro Balls. The Metal Tower, for example, can only be destroyed with power-ups, and the castle is only vulnerable when all the towers are gone.
Life lesson: Every problem requires a different approach. While some challenges can be solved with simple solutions, others require a bit of strategic thinking.

Patience and timing win battles
The Guard is a tricky opponent! It raises its shield after every move, making it immune to attacks. Similarly, the Dark Witch places obstacles in your path to slow you down. Instead of wasting moves trying to defeat the Guard or avoid the obstacles, focus on creating a booster elsewhere on the board.
Life lesson: If something resists your efforts, don’t force it. Step back, plan and wait for the right opportunity.
See the big picture
You’ve got an Electro Ball on the board and are contemplating spending all your moves trying to combine it with another booster. Combos such as this could help you blast through levels, but forcing them can waste too many moves and leave you without options. Instead, focus on efficient matches and chain reactions, and use what’s already available.
Life lesson: Concentrating too hard on one opportunity could mean you miss better ones. Keep an open mind and make the best of what you have.

Manage your resources wisely
Out of moves? Buying five extra may seem tempting, but it may not be worth it if the board is still full of obstacles, as it leaves your fate to luck. Starting the level afresh and saving your coins for more predictable levels might be the wiser choice. The Grand Duke never wastes gold – and neither should you!
Life lesson: Try not to spend impulsively. Time, money and energy are valuable resources. Conserve them for future challenges.
Invest in big wins
You spot two Electro Balls on the board – so close, yet not next to each other. Use a Hammer to bring them together for a massive clear. Sometimes, a small investment in a power-up leads to big rewards!
Life lesson: Great wins can come from a small push. Don’t hesitate to invest your effort or time in the right opportunities.

Plan your moves
Before you start making moves, check the goal of the level. You might only see a few obstacles on the board, but there could be a hidden challenge that requires you to spread jelly all over it – nightmare! If you don’t plan ahead, you may run out of moves before reaching the goal.
Life lesson: Rushing in without a plan can lead to failure. Aim to always understand your objective before taking action.
