This app is great because of it activities, free limited time drinks at official T-mobile stores and other fun activities and discounts that can be optioned/claimed by magenta hearts. They also have a lot of giveaways
The app is easy to use , it would be absolutely great if they can set up english profile for only English speakers . I have it in English but all other communication and promos are still showing on czech . Which means, I pretty much don’t understand most things apart from paying my bills. TMobile should set up a team to make the app completely in English including promos and all other communications. It would be nice to learn czech but yeah , it’s not an easy language to learn either.
I manage several numbers in the app, monitoring the data spending. but the widget always display the data for the last added number, the one I need to see the least. No way to select the one I want.I also don’t get why the app offers me all these prepaid etc options which are not applicable to my subscriptions. Confusing!
It’s great to have the information and possible actions that this app provides, so we don’t need to waste time in long calls or need to go to a shop. But the login system is ridiculously full of bugs, errors many times because of “too many requests”, or looses the user name, or one just needs to re-login, or even restart the phone. And I still wonder how such a simple application can be so slow on my iPhone 13 pro.
I actually quite enjoy the T-Mobile appThere are lots of fun games and perks and offers from other companies The info is very clear and the app is easy to useI like it :)
In general the app is nice. You can manage what you need to manage.But the quality control is not very good. With the advent calendar event now it crashes constantly when you try to do something. I would skip these events and just work on the overall reliability of the app.
